She was very responsive, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. At the start, she sat us down for a thorough intro meeting to explain the entire process to us (we're first-time buyers who care a lot about all the details... maybe a bit OCD). After the thorough education, she took the time to make sure she understood very clearly what we were looking for. What was essential, what was considered nice to have, what did we not like, etc. From here, she set up automatic search filters so we could see houses that already satisfied our criteria, so we didn't have to waste our time wading through a bunch of houses that we were never going to like. It seemed like whenever we wanted to visit a place, she somehow made herself available. If not, she made sure somebody else was there with us... usually Bill, who's apparently a legend in the Cleveland/Akron area real estate and was also a wealth of information and insight. Quick on responding to communications (emails, texts), always happy to visit another house, helpful with strategies on making offers... I can't say enough good things about her. If you go with Erin, you won't regret it. Everybody we spoke to about our house hunting was always very impressed by what we told them about her, which I took to mean that we were lucky to be getting a home buying experience much better than what is typical. We are just looking to upgrade our current situation and there is no NEED to move. Erin has been so accommodating and helpful. If she isn't available to show you a property she will make sure to find an associate that is. The market is crazy right now with no signs of it cooling anytime soon and Erin has gone above and beyond in helping us find our forever home (even willing to knock on doors in that neighborhood you covet). After months of house hunting (yes, we were quite picky) Erin found the house for us. We bought and sold homes within 3 weeks! It was a whirlwind as Erin walked us through each step of the way trying to make it go as smoothly as possible. There is definitely bumps in the road when it comes to buying/selling a home but I think Erin would work hard making your dream of buying or selling a home come true.
